Conditions of Use

Prices : All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. Prices may change without notice.

Product Levels

Whilst I do my best to keep stock up to date, I cannot guarantee that everything will be available at the time you order. Items ordered are removed as soon as an order is received and then held until payment has been processed. If you have ordered a product which is out of stock, I shall contact you either by phone or email as to its availability.

Clearance Items

These items either sell rapidly or are in very limited supply. To avoid disappointment, clearance items must be ordered either by phone or email. If the items are still in stock, I will hold them for three days. After that time, if an order has not been received, the stock will be returned to the shelves. Clearance items are sold on a first come , first serve basis..

Direct debit

:Account details are provided at the checkout. These details will be listed on your order confirmation which is emailed to you at the time of placing your order.

Credit Card

I accept Visa and Mastercard via my secure shopping cart. My payment gateway is provided by Ezimerchant who have in place a 128  bit SSL encryption.

If you wish to pay by credit card but do not want to provide your details online, you can phone me on  0402450610.  I am able to accept your details in this manner thus ensuring your privacy.

It is not recommended to send credit details through the mail or by email as the security of this information cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery

Orders are processed as soon as they are received. When payments have been cleared, your order will be posted via Australia Post. An email or phone call will advise you that your order has been sent.

Delivery time is determined by Australia Post, and, as such, I cannot guarantee the delivery date. You should allow up to 14 days for delivery to more remote areas or in peak time.

Free Pick Up

Customers are able to collect their orders and, therefore, save on postage. Please note I am not a Shop and you must phone for an appointment and address details. When ordering, please indicate if you will be collecting your order personally

Refunds and Exchanges

All goods are checked prior to dispatch. I make every effort to ensure that goods reach you in the same condition as they were prior to packing. I do not provide refunds or exchanges if you change your mind so please choose carefully. I am not responsible for any loss or damage for the goods once they leave my premises. I recommend you consider insuring your goods.

If you genuinely receive goods that are faulty you must contact me at salnel@pagebypage.com.au within 24 hours of receipt to receive instructions as to the return procedure. All items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged. Postage is non-refundable.

Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of the owner of Page By Page.

Product Description

I make every effort to ensure my pictures and descriptions are accurate. However, due to scanning processes and variations in screen resolutions, colours of products may vary. This is beyond my control. Cardstock colours do not scan well. I offer a colour swatch of all colours available for the cost of $3.00. Once you have purchased the swatch, I will put you on my mailing list and any new colours will automatically be sent to you free of charge unless you instruct me otherwise.

Postage

Postage will be done on the weight of your parcel. This means that you will only pay for your actual postage costs and I will try to send it to you as cheaply as possible. This means that you can order small items (eg brads) and only pay the actual cost. I will email or phone the postage amount to you before you pay for your order. You will have the option of standard post or registered post. If you elect to have standard post, then Page By Page cannot be held responsible for non-delivery. Items sent by registered post are trackable and is $2.70 extra.
